The home needs to be cleaned thorougly and needs to be modernised to be brought up to standard. Its smells strongly of urine. In December Social Services were brought in because the situation had deteriorated in the home and quite frankly I would not put an animal in that place. managment are only interested in making money not about the care of the vulnerable people whose care they have been entrusted with
